Butter 1 tablespoon.
Fry over medium heat.
3 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Green onions.
Mix well.
Spinach.
Feta cheese 3 tablespoons.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Cover and cook on medium/low heat.
Mozzarella Cheese 100g / 3.52oz.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
