RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
Fill with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Marinara sauce 2 teaspoons.
Red paprika 1 teaspoon.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
Drain the water.
Greek Yogurt 250g / 8.81oz.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
1 garlic.
Honey 1 tablespoon.
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
1 red onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 hot paprika.
Pine nuts 3 tablespoons.
Fry until done.
Parsley.
Top with Greek yogurt, then cauliflower.
Drizzle with tahini dressing (2 parts tahini, 1 part soy sauce, 3 parts water).
