📌 RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage 500 g / 17.63 oz.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Mix the vegetables well.
Dill and parsley.
3 eggs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Mix well.
2 garlic.
Flour 5 tablespoons.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Potatoes 800 g / 28.21 oz.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Red paprika.
Dried garlic.
Italian herbs.
Mix well.
Cook in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180° C (350° F).
Olive oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Stir the potatoes.
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon.
Water 1 cup / 200 ml.
Salt.
The potatoes are ready!
Pour the tomato mixture into the vegetable cutlets.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn the vegetable cutlets over and cook for a couple more minutes.
