RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 zucchini.
1/2 red onion.
Salt.
Stir.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Parmesan 70 g / 1/2 cup.
15 minutes later.
Squeeze out the water.
1 egg.
Philadelphia or ricotta 180 g / 1 cup.
Breadcrumbs 140 g / 1 cup.
Chives.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Olive oil.
Vermicelli 1/2 cup / 100 g.
Fry until golden brown.
Rice 2 cups / 400 g.
Stir.
Butter 1 tablespoon.
Water 3 cups / 600 ml.
Vegetable or chicken broth.
Cover and simmer over low heat until all the water is absorbed.
