Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Spinach 140g / 4.93oz.
Ricotta 4 tablespoons.
Mix well.

Mozzarella 200 gr / 7.05 oz.
The eggplants have become soft.

Lay out the eggplants.
